Yolanda Robinson’s journey is one of resilience, growth, and deep compassion. Raised in an economically challenged community, she faced significant life obstacles early on—including not completing high school and becoming a teen mother. Rather than allowing these experiences to define her limitations, Yolanda transformed them into purpose and passion for helping others heal.
After spending eight years in the social services field working closely with individuals, children, and families navigating complex emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges, Yolanda pursued her education with unwavering determination. She earned her GED and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University.
Inspired by both her lived and professional experiences, Yolanda founded Water Lily Health and Wellness as a nurturing space for counseling, coaching, and personal transformation. The agency offers individual, family, marriage, and group counseling services designed to support emotional wellness, strengthen relationships, and promote healthy communication. Water Lily Health and Wellness also provides life coaching for women seeking clarity, confidence, and purpose, as well as behavior coaching for children and adolescents to encourage emotional regulation, self-awareness, and positive growth.
Today, Yolanda uses her insight, empathy, and education to create a supportive, healing-centered environment where individuals and families are met with compassion and understanding. As the primary advocate for each client’s healing journey, she is committed to walking alongside them—helping them build resilience, develop meaningful coping strategies, and experience growth from the inside out.
