  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

5. Scheduling and Appointments

11. Limitation of Liability

Water Lily Health & Wellness, LLC and its staff are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Technical issues preventing access to online services
  • Outcomes of therapeutic or coaching interventions, as results vary by individual

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the professional relationship at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue services if:

  • Client behavior is threatening, abusive, or disruptive
